We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
It was super easy to make. The apron turned out lovely. I gave it to my friend for her birthday and she loved it.
The package was returned by the post office for incorrect address. The state was wrong, and I sent an email the day it was ordered to correct this, which was not done. It should have been CA, not MI. Still have not received credit from Poppy or remediation. Not happy.

So well organized and absolutely love the organization of the videos. They are broken down perfectly into sections. I especially like when rationale for the order of stitches is provided, as I’m a beginner who can complete stitches but I’m not yet able to independently organize my approach to a project!
