Very much enjoyed using the chain technique Julie teaches for the snowman scarf!! Love that the kit comes with everything you need from start to finish!

My mom purchased me an embroidery kit for my birthday from Amazon and I had never embroidered before. I had to YouTube every stitch, which helped! It came out great but I wanted to know that I was really doing a great job on my embroidery skills. So I purchased 4 kits from CP! I love that she walks you through all the steps, includes everything in the boxes and is very thorough. The only thing I dislike (working on my 6th embroidery, 4th from CP) is that we have to draw the pattern on. And I totally understand it’s so we can do anything we want from the very first step to the very last of sewing up the back. But it’s so hard to trace a pattern onto fabric with a pen that doesn’t easily press down while you’re holding it over the cardboard. I would pay a couple dollars more just to have patterns already drawn on or maybe if she had that option. Other than that, love love love Clever Poppy!! Starting my butterfly now! 🦋

My 2nd Clever Poppy project & feeling more comfortable with embroidery. I did add a personal touch of buttons & crystals. She turned out so cute! The videos are super helpful, excited to create more pretty pieces!

I had the best time making the snowman. As a beginner, I was so happy to have the instructional videos and Julie guides you through every single step. It came out really cute and I’m displaying it with my Christmas decorations. So proud of myself and I can’t wait for the next one.
