Great and informative tutorials

I’ve really enjoyed these kits. I started with the beginner stitch sampler and worked my way into a couple other patterns. It’s been fun having something to sit and work on in the evenings. This one challenged me with some of the different stitches used for the hydrangea and dandelion but I worked my way through them. Highly recommend for anyone looking to learn.

This is the third kit I've completed. It's not considered beginner and there were a few stitches that I found a little challenging. But I loved everything about doing it. And I love the result so much. My husband and I have been displaced since we lost our house to a hurricane in late September. These embroidery kits have been such a great way for me to relax. And now we are about to move back into our house and I'm so excited to hang all of my hoops. I'm so glad I found these kits. I can't recommend them enough.

This kit was so great I loved learning the new stitches. Boullion stitch might be one of my new favorites!

Love doing these.

I've been doing embroidery for a few months now and wanted to make this for my baby granddaughter. It was my first time drawing the pattern on the fabric, first time using two pieces of cloth, first time using a backing, and there were some new stitches too. The directions and videos are the best I've used and helped me immensely. I did chicken out of one stitch, and swapped out some colors to better match her bedroom. It was a great kit and want to make one soon for myself!

This was the most organized, well explained kit and tutorials! I had been wanting to try embroidery, but felt overwhelmed and didn’t know where to start. The instruction and positivity of progress over perfection was also much needed. The final product turned out beautifully!

Still working on this sampler and really enjoying doing all the different kinds of stitches. The downloadable instructions are in color and beautifully illustrated, but online links to tutorials are also readily available. I’m a newbie and have tried a couple of other sources for kits, but nothing beats Clever Poppy.

This is my second Clever Poppy kit and I’m really enjoying it! The first one I purchased was a beginner kit. Though I’m not a beginner, I learned lots that I had missed in my self-taught ways. However, for me it almost felt like there were too many videos- it slowed me down. This kit was more my speed, with written instructions and links to videos of various stitches- enough information to help you through, not so much to slow you down. I’m enjoying learning new stitches and seeing this cute piece come together!

I loved this kit! I had never embroidered before purchasing this kit and a beginner stitch kit from Clever Poppy. The tutorials made it so easy and fun to learn. I definitely am hooked and have a new hobby!

I absolutely love Julie's videos. They make embroidery so clear and simple. The end result is BEAUTIFUL!

I purchased this as a gift for my daughter - she loves it! She’s always wanted to find a craft that creates something worthwhile to keep, and loves the portability and solitude/peace she finds with needlework.

This was my 4th project I’ve ordered from Clever Poppy, and as always everything was perfect! I do wish they would add a larger needle or an assortment instead just one size, but every single piece is of such great quality and this pattern was definitely one of my favorites. It really tested me and I would get frustrated because I just wasn’t getting certain stitches but after watching Julie several times with the quick and easy QR code that brings her up on your phone and she explains it so well and it’s so easy to understand. Then I’ll practice it a few times on a practice piece of fabric until I’m ready and then off I went. I’m so pleased with the outcome! I wish I would’ve grabbed a picture but one of my daughters snatched it up and took it home before I could lol. Absolutely beautiful! I would do it again if it wasn’t $40 ‍♀ and we weren’t in the worst economic crisis in history. But if you’re wondering if it’s really that pretty in real life, even as a beginner, it is! And you won’t be let down! You’ll be happy you chose this pattern! Off to shop and see what I can get to stitching this time

My granddaughter loves this design and is looking forward to stitching it as soon as she finishes learning the embroidery stitches.

I haven't made it yet but it looks lovely! Can't wait to start 🙌
