This helpful little accessory will become your embroidery bestie. If you're anything like us, once you start using one, you'll never want to be without!
HOW DOES IT WORK?
The magnetic Needle Minder acts as a little home for your needle, when it's not in use. Because the Needle Minder is secured to your fabric with a magnet, your metal needle will 'stick' to it, until you're ready to pick your needle up again. This means it doesn't get lost, phew!
So whenever you need to put your needle down, such as to grab some new floss, refer to your pattern, take a break (or help the kids with something!), you just pop your needle onto the face of the Needle Minder (you'll feel it pop into place).
Then you can rest assured your needle won't go missing- it will be safely waiting for you, right where you put it. Ah, the relief!
HOW TO USE:
It's SO easy. Place the face of the Needle Minder on the topside of your fabric, and secure it in place by placing the detachable part of the magnet on the underside - you'll feel it pop into place.
Now you can place your needle on the face of the Needle Minder, whenever your needle is not in use.

Fulfilment method and times
Your order will be dispatched directly from our fulfilment centre in China. Upon dispatch you will receive a notification of the order being processed. Then once your order has arrived in your country and been received by the local courier network, you will receive an updated shipment notification via email. This will include your tracking number once it is ready.
Shipping address
Please make sure that you have provided the correct and current address for shipping and delivery. Please be certain that the address provided is a physical address. Items cannot be delivered to security-restricted areas such as military bases.
Fulfillment times
Our warehouse will endeavour to fulfill your order within 1 business day. However during busy times this may increase to 1-3 business days.
Issues regarding delivery
In most cases, your order will be delivered within the estimated time of delivery. However the actual delivery date may be affected by weather and other external factors. If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact our customer service immediately.
Refund and returns policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at shop@cleverpoppy.com If your return is accepted, you will need to ship the item back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Refunds will only be provided for items that are faulty or damaged.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

I love the product and I am relearning embroidery. I didn’t receive the needle minder.
Everything has been great and I especially like your tutorials which has made the learning process for me sooo easy . I'm almost finnished my fist beginner sampler piece .
The only thing I would mention is copying the pattern onto the fabric was tricky with the texta provided, but I am hoping that it will get easier with more practice . Thanks Linda

This needle minder is not only cute, it comes in handy too. I am always looking for my needle when I am embroidering. This solved my problem. There it is!
I loved this kit, I just wish that the kits came at different levels are at different options. By the time I purchase all the kits/designs I would like to work/practice on I'm going to have a lot of little scissors around my house. That part makes it fell wasteful and has deterred from making another purchase.
