This was my first project, after completing the Beginner Sampler. These kits are so cute and the videos are done in a fun and straightforward way. I’ve learned a lot in a little bit of time. I’ve already come back to stock up on more. Keep the new kits coming!

Absolutely lovely! I received this kit from a friend for my birthday after mentioning I wanted to embark on an embroidery learning journey. It was so nice to have all the supplies included that I would need. I loved the videos, even though I did skip a few towards the end once I started to get a feel for things. I now stitch other designs and talk to myself in a New Zealand accent. :) highly recommend of you are new to embroidery to learn the basics! I do wish there were a few other stitches but this kit is great at giving you a good foundation to learn more stitches later on. :)

This was my first introduction to embroidery, and it was so much fun! I really appreciate the Clever Poppy kits, and teaching method. Everything you need is in the kit, along with access to videos to teach you every step of the way. I thoroughly enjoyed this project and when I was about two days into the project I realized that I was going to love embroidery, and promptly purchased several more projects so that I would never be without a project! This cute dishtowel is too pretty to use! So it hangs as decoration in my kitchen. 😁

Great and informative tutorials

So pretty and great way to practice multiple different stitches. I love the variety in stitches and colors. The kit comes with everything you need. It took a while to trace the drawing but I like that I could amend it if I wanted to and get a heat erasable pen for future projects!

This was a fantastic way to jump into embroidery! Excellent value, and I followed the tutorial videos; the teacher did a fantastic job of explaining everything in a patient manner and ensures you the opportunity to practice or jump in head first!

I absolutely loved this beginner embroidery kit! The video tutorials were clear, easy to follow, and gave me the confidence to learn each stitch at my own pace. There was plenty of extra thread included, so I never had to worry about running out while practising. This was my very first embroidery project, and although it's not perfect, it's definitely progress. I had so much fun making it and will definitely be ordering another kit. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to give embroidery a try! 🪡🌸

I loved stitching this pattern, it took awhile but it came out beautifully. I changed a few colors to match the favorite colors of the gift recipient. Thank you so much for the detailed instructions and fantastic stitch videos for the ones I didn’t know.

I am new to the embroidery world & Clever Poppy has been the BEST at teaching me! This pattern was my second Clever Poppy beginner's kit and I truly enjoyed it. The tutorials are easy to follow and her stitching along with me makes such a difference. This is such a relaxing hobby and I am loving it thanks to Clever Poppy! 10/10 recommend!

So much fun! I loved doing this. Instructions and videos super clear and easy for a 100%beginner like me. My final project came out beautifully, not perfect, but beautiful anyway. The materials are the best quality. I’m working on the flower and bee dish towel now. I love it! I’m obsessed!

Beautiful desgin, I plan to repeat on different fabric using different coloured floss. Easy to follow instructions from downloadable pdf. I really loved stitching this pattern on an afternoon when I needed to switch my chattering brain off :)

This was such a fun beginner kit for learning embroidery. The videos were easy to follow with clear step-by-step instructions. I had so much fun doing all the beginner stitches.
