The embroidery part is great! Easy instructions and my design turned out amazing. However, the bag is poorly made. My zipper was already broken when I received the item. I tried reaching out to customer service and never heard back. I'd buy other things from Clever Poppy but not things with zippers.

This was a perfect kit for a beginner ready to stretch a bit beyond a simple round hoop project. Learning how to use a sticker, stitch on thicker canvas, line up the project for centering, etc. My two girls were fighting over who got it, so I’m keeping it for myself!!

The kit came with everything I needed to complete this bag. The follow-along video has clear instructions. I was nervous to do embroidery on anything but fabric in a hoop, but this project gave me the confidence to expand my horizons. And the pattern is just dang cute!
Love this kit, but it isn’t as easy to stitch as you might think because of the fabric and the size. The pattern is cute.
